1. Eligibility for Refunds

Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of the course purchase date.
The course content must not have been more than 20% completed.
The course must be a paid course purchased directly through the eCoach website.
Refunds are not applicable for:
Free courses
Courses purchased through third-party platforms
Bundled or discounted promotional packages
2. Non-Refundable Situations
You are not eligible for a refund if:
You have completed more than 20% of the course content.
The refund request is made after 14 days from the purchase date.
You downloaded a significant portion of the course materials.
You violated any terms of use or attempted to misuse the platform.
The refund is requested for reasons unrelated to course quality or technical issues.
3. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund:
Log in to your eCoach account.
Navigate to My Courses > Purchase History.
Click on the course in question and select Request a Refund.
Provide a valid reason and any additional details.
Our support team will review your request within 5-7 business days.
4. Refund Approval Process
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method.
It may take 7–10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
You will receive an email notification regarding the status of your request.
5. Course Cancellation by eCoach
In rare instances where a course is removed, discontinued, or canceled by eCoach:
Full refunds will be issued to all enrolled students.
Refunds will be processed automatically, and no action is required on your part.
